Praxform is a coaching business operated by Praxform LLC, formerly NorCal Fit2Go LLC, based in Gilroy, California. By using praxform.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

This site is education, not medical advice

Everything on this site is general information about training, nutrition, and health. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a doctor and patient relationship. Talk to a qualified clinician before starting a new exercise, nutrition, or supplement program, and especially before changing anything about a medication you take. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

Results are individual

Any result described on this site, including a client story, is that person's own experience. It is not a promise or a guarantee of what you will achieve. Outcomes in fat loss and strength depend on your starting point, your health, your consistency, and factors outside anyone's control.

Coaching is a separate agreement

Nothing on this site is an offer of coaching or a contract. Coaching is by application and begins only when both of us sign a separate coaching agreement that sets out the scope, the fees, and the cancellation terms. Those terms govern the coaching relationship, not this page.

Booking a call

Consultation calls are booked through our scheduling page. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Repeatedly missing booked calls may mean we decline to book further time with you.
